The fortunate player, hailing from Catonsville, shared his excitement upon scratching his way to the substantial prize, purchased from National Pike Fuel at 5931 Baltimore National Pike. Matching one of the winning numbers led to the revelation of his $100,000 win, sparking plans for a potential car purchase with the newfound fortune, although he remains undecided.
