Off-Duty NYPD Traffic Agent Arrested on Assault and Harassment Charges

NEW YORK, NY – NYPD Traffic Agent Shalice Morton, 35, was arrested and charged with assault and harassment. The arrest occurred within the confines of the 113th Precinct.
