by Local News Report

BALTIMORE, MD — A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery and assault that took place earlier this year on North Charles Street. The incident, which occurred on January 17, involved the suspect forcibly taking a wallet from a female victim and assaulting her as she tried to intervene.

The victim reported the robbery immediately, leading Eastern District detectives to take charge of the investigation. Their efforts led to the identification of the suspect and the issuance of an arrest warrant.

The Citywide Enforcement Team made the arrest on April 3, in the 2300 block of Garrison Boulevard. The 28-year-old suspect is now facing charges and will be processed at the Central Booking Intake Facility.
