Armed Attempted Carjacking Thwarted in Brooklyn

NEW YORK, NY – A tense situation unfolded when two teenagers attempted an armed carjacking while a car was parked near 360 Gateway Drive. The suspects approached the vehicle, with one displaying a firearm and demanding the victim to exit. They eventually fled the scene without the car.

The first suspect, in his teens with a dark complexion, was dressed in a gray sweat suit, black vest, gray sneakers, and a black ski mask, and he carried a black backpack. His accomplice, also a teenager with a medium complexion, wore a black Nike sweatshirt with the slogan “Just Do It,” black sweatpants, black and white Air Jordan sneakers, and a black backpack. The victim was unharmed during the incident.
