Baltimore Police ArrestTwo Men with Drugs and Guns After Chase

Baltimore, MD – Two men have been arrested by Baltimore police after a series of events that involved a bicycle chase and a subsequent crash of a pick-up truck.

The individuals, ages 33 and 32, are currently facing charges for drug and weapon-related offenses. The incident occurred on Thursday night, just before 6:30 p.m., when officers were called to the intersection of Monroe Street and Edmondson Avenue Avenue in response to reports of an armed individual in the vicinity.

Upon arrival, law enforcement officers identified a suspect matching the provided description. The armed man attempted to evade the detectives by fleeing on a bicycle and later seeking refuge in a pick-up truck’s bed, resulting in a subsequent crash at the 2100 block of West Baltimore Street.

Both the driver of the pick-up truck and the armed suspect were swiftly apprehended as they tried to flee the scene. They were arrested and taken to the Central Booking Intake facility for processing.
