Arrest Made in Deadly Belcamp McDonald's Shooting

A man has been taken into custody and charged in connection with a fatal shooting that took place at a McDonald’s in Belcamp, Maryland. The incident occurred on Tuesday evening, when deputies from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a shooting in the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway in Belcamp at 10:36 p.m.

Upon their arrival, deputies discovered Sebashton Charles Nocar, 19, from Bel Air, inside the restaurant with a gunshot wound to the head.

The deputies made efforts to administer aid to Nocar, but unfortunately, he did not survive and was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators from various divisions of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office worked together to identify Djbril Ramatoulay, 32, from Aberdeen, as the individual responsible for the shooting.

Following the identification, an arrest warrant was issued for Ramatoulay on charges related to Nocar’s death. Early the next morning, law enforcement officers took Ramatoulay into custody without any issues.
