CANANDAIGUA, NY – Alexander Kise, a man convicted of raping and holding a high school senior captive for days, is now facing accusations of orchestrating a murder-for-hire scheme against a judge, prosecutor, and a witness involved in his case through jailhouse calls with his girlfriend. According to the Ontario County District Attorney’s Office, the alleged plot involved using Xanax pills as a down payment for an assassin, who turned out to be an undercover cop.

Assistant District Attorney Kelly Wolford stated that plans to target the judge, prosecutor, and witness were orchestrated by Kise and his girlfriend through jailhouse calls.

The scheme progressed when pills were given to a New York State Police officer as an initial payment for the hit on the judge, officials claimed.
