WASHINGTON, DC – A 19-year-old man was fatally shot at the intersection of North Capitol and P Street in Northeast D.C. on Tuesday night. The victim, identified as Daquan Garner of Northwest, was found by D.C. Metro Police officers responding to a 9:08 p.m. call about the incident.
Garner was discovered shot and unresponsive, and he was later declared dead at the scene.
