Investigation Ongoing in Fatal Toms River Pedestrian Strike

Toms River, NJ – The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit-Vehicular Homicide Squad, Toms River Township Police Department, and Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigation Unit are investigating a fatal pedestrian strike that took place on Saturday evening at around 8:25 p.m. near Route 166 and Hilltop Road in Toms River Township.

Prosecutor Billhimer advises anyone with information on the incident to reach out to Sergeant Brad Frank at the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office at 732-929-2027, extension 3689, or Officer William Resetar at the Toms River Township Police Department at 732-349-0150.
