Wilkes-Barre, PA – In an incident classified as a death investigation, authorities were called to the area of 377-415 S. River Street after a male subject was found with multiple injuries. Responding officers from the Wilkes-Barre City Police located the victim at the rear of a residence and arranged for medical transportation to a nearby hospital.
