Police in Respond to Disorderly Customer About Ice Cream Cone in Wilkes-Barre

Wilkes-Barre, PA – Officers were dispatched to 750 Kidder Street for a report of a disorderly customer on Monday. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reported that Erika Frederick threatened her and got into her face over an ice cream cone purchased.

Erika Frederick, 48, was advised by officers that management no longer wanted her on the property and was cited with harassment following the incident.
