Vietnam Veterans Traveling Wall Arrives in New Jersey

East Brunswick, NJ – The American Veterans Traveling Tribute (AVTT) Vietnam Wall is set to arrive in East Brunswick on Wednesday, May 22. The East Brunswick Memorial VFW Post 133, in collaboration with the Township of East Brunswick, welcomes the public to view the welcoming motorcade starting around 10:15 AM.

The motorcade will journey from Rues Lane at the exit of the Brunswick Square Mall, proceeding on Summerhill Road and Cranbury Road, ending at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center. Residents should anticipate delays and should exercise caution, as emergency vehicles will accompany the procession.

Upon arrival at the Community Arts Center, a welcoming ceremony is scheduled at 11:00 AM. The AVTT Wall, an 80 percent scale model of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., featuring every name from the original memorial, will be open to the public starting on Thursday, May 23 at 10 AM until Memorial Day, May 27.
