DEFIANCE, OH – A fortunate local, identified only as William, has won the top prize of $150,000 from the Ohio Lottery’s Lady Luck 25X scratch-off game. After deductions for state and federal taxes, amounting to 28 percent, William will take home $108,000.
He plans to use his winnings to pay off expenses related to his home. The winning ticket was purchased at Cabbage Patch, located at 19492 State Rt 637 in Defiance. Lady Luck 25X is a $5 game offering players the chance to win up to $150,000.
