TOLEDO, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player in Toledo has scored a $20,000 prize by playing the Triple Red 777 scratch-off game.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kroger CO #957, located at 4533 Monroe Street. After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28%, the winner will take home approximately $14,400.
