Victim Identified in Fatal New Castle Crash Involving Tractor and School Bus

NEW CASTLE, DE – The Delaware State Police have identified 85-year-old Wayne Proud of New Castle, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal crash involving a tractor and a school bus in New Castle on Monday.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the incident. Law enforcement officials are urging anyone who witnessed the collision to contact Corporal D.
