Stafford County Sheriff’s Office Reports Incidents Involving Suspicious Behavior, Theft, and Public Intoxication

STAFFORD, VA – The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office has released its daily incident report for Sunday, detailing several events addressed by deputies.

On Thursday at 6:45 p.m., Deputy A.J. Charoenthep responded to a call about a suspicious person on the 200 block of Warrenton Road. A victim reported watching TV in bed when an unknown male entered her residence. Although she managed to usher him out, he returned multiple times. Deputy Charoenthep found the suspect nearby, who exhibited signs of intoxication and littered. The man was charged with unlawful entry, trespassing, public intoxication, and littering and is currently held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

Earlier on Thursday at 3:22 p.m., Deputy A.M. Pitts responded to a larceny on Chapel Green Road. The victim reported the theft of several pieces of landscaping equipment.

Additionally, Deputy A.E. Epps responded to a disturbance at Sheetz, located at 10 Washington Square Plaza, at 2:40 p.m. Two males were reportedly having a disagreement, causing a
