Essex Man Wins $50,000 on Lottery Ticket

by Breaking Local News Report

Baltimore, MD – A Baltimore County resident, after 20 years as a cosmetologist, won a $50,000 Lottery prize that prompted him to consider retirement. The Essex man purchased a $5 “Gold Bar Bingo 5th Edition” scratch-off last Tuesday, which bore the top prize of $50,000.

The winning ticket was bought at Crazy Mart, his regular Lottery retailer on 1705 Pennsylvania Avenue in Baltimore. While he occasionally plays Mega Millions and Powerball, on this particular occasion, his choice led to a notable win with the scratch-off game.

Upon uncovering his win the same day, he celebrated by expressing his excitement physically and shared the news with his family and colleagues. He revealed that some of the winnings will be directed towards retirement preparations and enjoyment.

Crazy Mart, the store that sold the ticket, will also benefit from a $500 Lottery bonus for facilitating the winning scratch-off sale. The “Gold Bar Bingo” game launched in July and originally included eight top prizes of $50,000, with three of these prizes still available along with other prize amounts.
