CUMBERLAND, Md. — Authorities are searching for a 14-year-old girl who was reported missing in Cumberland.
Jessica Payton Nelson was last seen Saturday evening around 5:30 p.m. in the area of Winifred Road, according to the Cumberland Police Department.
Nelson is described as a white female, 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
Police are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.
Authorities continue to investigate as concerns grow for Nelson’s safety.
