MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. — A top-prize winning TAKE 5 ticket worth $33,651 was sold in Middletown for the February 3 evening drawing, New York Lottery officials announced.

The lucky ticket was purchased at KWIK MART OF MIDDLETOWN, located at 228 Dolson Avenue, securing one of the game’s top prizes.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, with drawings held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Players have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

The New York Lottery remains North America’s largest and most profitable lottery, contributing $3.8 billion to support New York State public schools in the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
