BALTIMORE, MD – A 24-year-old man showed up at a Baltimore hospital late Sunday night with a gunshot wound, triggering an investigation into a shooting that occurred in the city’s Southeast District.

The man arrived at the hospital around 10:49 p.m., where medical staff notified police of a walk-in shooting victim. Responding officers spoke with the victim, who told them he was shot while in the 400 block of North Ellwood Avenue.

The injury was determined to be non-life-threatening. Police have not released the victim’s identity, and no arrests have been made.
