Man Shot Multiple Times in Stable Condition

Wilmerding, PA – The Homicide Unit of the Allegheny County Police Department swiftly responded to a call for assistance in Wilmerding earlier today.

At approximately 5:16 am, police were alerted to a shooting incident in the 600 block of Airbrake Avenue.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel discovered an adult male victim who had sustained gunshot wounds. The victim was promptly transported to a nearby hospital and is currently in stable condition.

In light of the incident, homicide detectives have launched an investigation, but at this time, no suspects have been identified. No arrests have been made.

Police urge anyone with information related to the incident to contact the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers have the option to provide their information anonymously.
