WASHINGTON, DC – Authorities are seeking a suspect in an armed robbery that occurred Sunday afternoon at a business in Northeast Washington.

The incident took place on December 8, at approximately 4:38 p.m., in the 4200 block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue. The suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money from an employee. After the employee complied, the suspect fled the scene with the stolen cash.
