Same Bronx store hit twice in late-night burglaries, NYPD seeks suspect

by Breaking Local News Report

Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with two early morning break-ins at the same Bronx business last month, during which cash and merchandise were stolen, according to the NYPD.

Both incidents occurred at a commercial establishment located at 611 Grand Concourse, within the confines of the 44th Precinct.

In the first incident, reported on Saturday, June 14, at approximately 4:52 a.m., the suspect used a rock to break the front door glass, entered the premises, and removed around $1,000 from the cash register. He fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

In the second incident, on Sunday, June 22, at around 3:35 a.m., the same individual again broke the front door glass to gain entry. This time, he stole approximately $400 from the register along with various merchandise before fleeing the location. No injuries were reported in that case either.

The suspect is described as having a medium complexion, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing about 160 pounds.

Images and video of the individual from both incidents have been released by the NYPD.

A burglar broke into the same Bronx shop twice in June, making off with cash and goods before fleeing on foot each time, police said.
