The Franklin lookalikes, outfitted in colonial wigs and signature bifocals, hyped up the crowd while raising awareness for the lottery’s three new multiplier tickets:

  • The $2 20XTRA Scratch-Off offers a top prize of $25,000
  • The $10 100XTRA Scratch-Off offers a top prize of $3,000,000
