PITTSBURGH, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department is investigating a St. Patrick’s Day shooting murder that took place at 10:23 am in the 700 block of Middle Avenue.
“At approximately 10:23 a.m. on March 17, 2022, Pitcairn Police were notified of a shooting in the 700 block of Middle Avenue,” APD reported. “First responders found a 47-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male was transported to an area hospital where he died. Homicide detectives initiated an investigation.”
