Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Derrick Smith. He was last seen on Monday, April 25th, 2022, on the 5300 block of Lesher St.
He is 5’5″, 170lbs. small build, light brown complexion, with black, below ear length hair. No clothing description given.
