NEW YORK, NY – A man who allegedly groped a woman aboard an MTA bus in April has been arrested by the New York City Police Department.
Anderson Goliva, a 36-year-old male from Queens, was arrested and charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse on Wednesday, May 3.
According to the police report, an 18-year-old female victim was on a Q60 bus in the vicinity of Queens Boulevard and 44 Street when an unknown male individual sat next to her and grabbed her upper inner thigh without her permission.
The victim told the individual to stop and she got off the bus to escape. She did not sustain any injuries.
