BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 13-year-old Madison White, who went missing on September 10th.
Madison was last seen in the 400 block of East Lanvale Street in Eastern Baltimore, dressed in a black shirt and rainbow pants. Authorities believe Madison may be frequently found in The York Road/Belvedere area.
