by Breaking Local News Report

NEWARK, NJ — Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé announced that 25-year-old Kimora Hopkins and her 2-year-old daughter, Nova Quinones, have been found unharmed. The mother and daughter, both from Newark, were reported missing earlier today but have since been located safe.

At approximately 1:11 p.m., Police responded to Hopkins’ residence on a call that she had threatened to harm herself. Responding officers did not locate Hopkins nor her daughter, Nova, at the location. However, she was seen walking eastbound on Muhammad Ali Avenue towards Irvine Turner Boulevard with her child at 1:38 p.m.

Director Fragé encourages anyone with information on any criminal activity to contact the Newark Police Division’s Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Tips provided to the Crime Stoppers line are confidential and may be eligible for a reward.
