Philadelphia, PA – On Tuesday, at around 12:30 a.m., an unidentified black male broke into a residence on Walnut Street and stole jewelry, purses, and perfume. The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting help in identifying the suspect captured in the video footage available on their YouTube channel.
