WASHINGTON, DC—A fatal shooting on Hayes Street Northeast, D.C., is currently under investigation by the D.C. Metro Police Department’s Homicide Branch. The incident took place on Saturday at 1:20 PM, where police found two men with gunshot injuries.
One victim was conscious and transported to a hospital for treatment, while Ellal Glover, a 40-year-old man from Northeast, was declared deceased after unsuccessful lifesaving attempts.
