Officers raided a Northeast Baltimore property and seized additional vehicles during the operation
BALTIMORE, Md. — A community tip led Baltimore police to a Northeast Baltimore property where officers seized multiple dirt bikes and ATVs, then added another dirt bike to the haul after encountering a rider during the operation.
The Baltimore Police Department said officers executed a search and seizure warrant on June 2 at approximately 5 p.m. in the Cameron Village neighborhood.
The warrant targeted a residence and a backyard shed where officers recovered three dirt bikes and ATVs.
While officers were loading the seized vehicles, police said they encountered an individual riding a dirt bike in the neighborhood. Officers were able to seize that vehicle as well, bringing the total number of recovered dirt bikes and ATVs to four.
Police said none of the vehicles have been reported stolen.

No charges have been announced, although Baltimore police said charges remain pending as the investigation continues.
The seizures come as the department expands dirt bike enforcement efforts across the city.
Baltimore police are encouraging residents to report information about stored dirt bikes by emailing DirtBikeTips@baltimorepolice.org or calling the department’s tip line at 443-902-4474. Incidents involving dirt bikes actively being operated on city streets should be reported through 911.
