FBI Thwarts Seth “Andrea” Gregori’s Plan for Mass Casualty Attack on Law Enforcement

February 24, 2025

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An attack against police was thwarted this week by the FBI.

Federal and local law enforcement officials have arrested a suspect accused of planning a mass casualty attack against police officers, authorities announced Monday.

Seth, also known as “Andrea” Gregori, was taken into custody on February 24 on state charges filed by the Nueces County District Attorney’s Office. The arrest followed an investigation by the FBI Corpus Christi office and the Corpus Christi Police Department.

Officials say Gregori planned an attack similar to the 2016 Dallas ambush, in which a gunman targeted law enforcement officers. Specific details regarding the alleged plot have not been released.

Authorities credited the swift cooperation between federal and local agencies for preventing the planned attack. The investigation remains ongoing.
