Minneapolis, Minn. – Federal authorities announced the arrest of a Minneapolis man accused of conspiring to threaten, dox, and kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, marking what officials described as a decisive enforcement action amid heightened concern over attacks and intimidation directed at law enforcement.

The Department of Homeland Security said Homeland Security Investigations agents, working with the Department of Justice, arrested Kyle Wagner, whom officials described as a self-identified Antifa domestic terrorist. According to DHS, Wagner is accused of coordinating threats and harassment campaigns aimed at ICE officers and their families.

Federal prosecutors charged Wagner with multiple offenses, including impeding or retaliating against a federal officer by threatening injury to a family member, interstate domestic violence, conspiracy to impede or injure an officer, solicitation to commit a crime of violence, and interstate communications related to the alleged threats.

DHS said the charges stem from online and interstate activity that authorities allege crossed from rhetoric into actionable threats, triggering a federal investigation and coordinated arrest in Minneapolis.

In a public statement, DHS said the case reflects a broader enforcement posture focused on protecting federal officers. “The lawlessness is over Minnesota, and if you threaten or lay a hand on law enforcement, you will face justice,” the agency said.

The arrest comes as federal officials continue to warn of rising threats against immigration officers nationwide, with DHS and DOJ emphasizing that intimidation campaigns, doxxing, and threats against officers or their families will be pursued as federal crimes.
