Gunshot Victim Checks in Hospital After Baltimore Shooting

Baltimore, MD — A 29-year-old man is recovering from a gunshot wound after being shot near the intersection of Cliftview Avenue and Harford Road early Sunday morning.

On Sunday, at approximately 12:23 a.m., Eastern District officers were dispatched to a local hospital where the victim had arrived seeking treatment. The man told police he heard gunfire and realized he had been hit while in the area of Cliftview Avenue and Harford Road.

Eastern District detectives are investigating the shooting and urge anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2433. Tips can also be submitted anonymously via Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
