Baltimore, MD – A midday visit to a northeast Baltimore bank took a tense turn when an attempted robbery unfolded inside a Harbor Bank branch, prompting investigators to release surveillance images and offer a cash reward for information.

The incident occurred around 12:25 p.m. on February 3 at the Harbor Bank located at 1509 Havenwood Road. Investigators say the suspect entered the bank and attempted an unarmed robbery before leaving the location. No injuries were reported.

Detectives are now working to identify the individual captured in surveillance images released by Metro Crime Stoppers. The suspect was seen inside the bank wearing a red vest, red sweatshirt, jeans, sneakers, and a blue knit cap.

Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for anonymous tips that lead to felony charges and an arrest. Tips can be submitted through the P3 Tips mobile app, by phone, or online.

The case is being investigated as a robbery without a firearm in the Northeastern District.
