CALVERT COUNTY, MD – A shooting last week left a juvenile injured. Last Friday, officers from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a reported shooting in the 1300 block of Sark Court in Prince Frederick. Upon arrival, they found a juvenile victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
The victim received immediate medical attention and was transported to a nearby trauma center, where they were reported to be in stable condition. Witnesses at the scene described seeing a masked male suspect fleeing the area in a black SUV.
The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating this shooting. The Sheriff’s Office is seeking any information that could assist in the investigation and in identifying the suspect involved.
