$50K Powerball ticket sold at Uniondale 7-Eleven
UNIONDALE, N.Y. — A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold at a 7-Eleven in Uniondale for the March 14 drawing, according to the New York Lottery.
The third-prize-winning ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven located at 276 Uniondale Ave.
The ticket matched four numbers and the Powerball, earning the $50,000 prize.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
Players choose five numbers from a field of 1 through 69, and the red Powerball is drawn from a separate field of 1 through 26.
