HARRISBURG, PA — Attorney General Michelle Henry announced the indictment of 13 individuals linked to a substantial drug and gun trafficking operation in Erie and Crawford counties. The 51st Statewide Investigating Grand Jury recommended the charges following a thorough investigation led by the Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigations.
The alleged leaders of the ring, Quran Lindsey-Cooley, 25, and Daymeon Duck, 26, were coordinated efforts to distribute fentanyl/heroin, methamphetamine, and firearms across northwest Pennsylvania. Lindsey-Cooley was arrested late last week, facing multiple charges including corrupt organizations and felony drugs and firearms offenses.
Recent search operations led to the seizure of significant quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, fentanyl-laced pills, seven firearms, and cash derived from illegal activities. Lindsey-Cooley is currently held on $250,000 bail, while Duck has posted $75,000 bail. Other key suspects include Tyreem Craig and Tiffany Fletcher, with bails set at $250,000 and $50,000, respectively.
“This operation underscores our commitment to removing dangerous elements from our communities,” stated Attorney General Henry, praising the investigative efforts and the grand jury’s diligence. Four of the charged individuals remain at large, intensifying ongoing efforts to apprehend them.
