BALTIMORE, MD -On December 31, 2020, at approximately 7:01 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. Once at the location, officers located an adult male suffering from two gunshot wounds to the back. The victim is expected to survive. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was walking in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue when he was approached by two unidentified females asking for change. The victim continued to walk and was then shot in the back by an unidentified suspect.
