**West Goshen, PA** – Authorities have announced the arrest of two additional suspects in relation to the October 19th Wawa shooting in West Goshen Township. Zubair Bethea, 20, and Omar Beard, 31, both from Chester, Pennsylvania, were detained on Monday in Delaware County. They face charges including robbery, conspiracy, and possession with intent to deliver. Both suspects were arraigned by Magisterial District Judges, each receiving a bail set at $500,000, and were subsequently placed in Chester County Prison.
The incident, occurring at approximately 2:03 p.m. on October 19, involved reports of individuals fighting and shooting at each other in a parking area shared by a Wawa store and TD Bank. Witnesses depicted the suspects and stated that two individuals were seen with firearms. Surveillance footage disclosed a struggle over a black trash bag later identified to contain marijuana. **Bensalem, PA** – United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced the conviction of Ramiz Duka, a 61-year-old resident of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, for conspiracy to commit arson nearly two years after a commercial building fire.
Trial evidence showed that Duka organized a plan with two men to set ablaze a warehouse at 1388 Bridgewater Road, Bensalem, Pennsylvania. He paid them $15,000 for this illegal act. Over weeks, the conspirators held meetings to strategize the arson.
The fire was ignited by one of the recruited men on December 10, 2022. During firefighting efforts, Firefighter Nicholas Altomare was seriously injured in a ladder collapse. He temporarily left work but has since returned after recovery. The fire resulted in close to $6 million in damages.

At around 6:15 a.m., officers arrived at Harpersville Road and Jefferson Ave., where they found a 74-year-old man, Dennis Gene Clarkson, unconscious on the roadway.
Preliminary investigations indicated Mr. Clarkson was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop at the scene. Mr. Clarkson was pronounced dead at the location of the incident.

**PITTSBURGH, PA** – On Thursday, Sheriff Kevin M. Kraus announced the arrest of Khalil Taylor, a Pittsburgh man wanted on multiple warrants. Taylor, 29, had been a fugitive since May 2023, with probation violation bench warrants related to escape and firearms violations.
Taylor also had active arrest warrants for terroristic threats in Pittsburgh and simple assault in Pitcairn. Detectives gathered information this week about Taylor’s location at a residence on Heart Court in Homewood. They arrived at the residence shortly before 8:00 a.m. Thursday and arrested Taylor without incident.
Following the arrest, detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence. They recovered suspected hallucinogenic mushrooms and a Glock handgun. Taylor is now in the Allegheny County Jail facing new charges, including two firearms violations and two possession counts.

Secaucus Police Apprehend Wanted Texas Fugitive
**Secaucus, NJ** – On Tuesday, at 8:23 a.m., Secaucus Police Officer Robert Schaffer arrested one of Texas’ most wanted individuals during a routine patrol near Meadowlands Parkway and Wood Avenue. Officer Schaffer encountered Tito Correa, 50, while he was creating a safety hazard by walking between vehicles outside a crosswalk.
Upon identifying Correa, a warrant check revealed he was wanted by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office in Texas for arson and was listed as one of the county’s most wanted individuals. Consequently, Correa was arrested and charged as a Fugitive from Justice under code 2A:160-10. He also received a summons for not using a designated crosswalk, cited under code 39:4-33.
Correa is currently lodged at the Hudson County Jail and is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller praised Officer Schaffer and emphasized the importance of proactive policing in maintaining community safety.
