May 13, 2024

Stafford, VA – On May 11, deputies responded to two separate assault incidents in the area.

The first incident occurred at 4:52 PM on Anvil Road. Deputies were called to a disturbance involving a weapon, but no weapon was found. The individuals involved were uncooperative, and although two residents had minor injuries, they did not wish to participate in the investigation.

Later that evening, at 10:12 PM, Deputy J.R. Suarez responded to an assault at the White Oak 7-Eleven. A female customer became agitated after a male in the parking lot made a comment toward her. In response, she used pepper spray on the man. Medics treated the man for the irritant, and the case is currently under investigation.
