WELLSVILLE, NY – Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 46 of Bolivar, for failure to appear in Court on a Previous Petit Larceny charge. Fronczak was additionally charged with Trespass for an incident that took place on North Main Street. Fronczak was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Fronczak was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 20th at 4:30 pm.
