Halena Martin scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds Wednesday to lead the Monmouth Regional High School girls basketball team to a 59-30 win over visiting Jackson Liberty.

Jayda Bing scored 11 points for the Falcons, who led by one point at the end of the first quarter before outscoring the Lions 13-1 in the second to take a 26-13 halftime lead.

Maeve Carney scored nine points and Lauren Bungay added four points and seven rebounds for Jackson Liberty.
