WICOMICO COUNTY, MD – The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division has charged 18-year-old Robert Allen Dust with multiple counts of sex offenses, assault, and solicitation of a minor. Dust’s charges shed light on the serious issue of child exploitation and the efforts by law enforcement agencies to combat this crime.
Despite being released on ankle monitoring after the initial charges were filed, Dust was arrested again for soliciting another minor.
