$10,000 Win on $5 Million Payout Scratch-Off in Laurelville

LAURELVILLE, OHIO – Wesley Sims of Laurelville picked up a $5 Million Payout scratch-off and won $10,000.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Wesley will receive $7,200.

He purchased his winning ticket at Ameristop Food Mart #29316 in Lancaster.
