Teen girl shot while sitting inside Rochester home by stray bullet

ROCHESTER, NY – A teenage girl from Rochester is recovering after being shot inside her home by a bullet that pierced the exterior wall. Police said the event happened at around 8:50 pm Sunday night on the 400 block of Hollenbeck Street. Officers arrived to find the teen girl with a gunshot wound and she was transported to the hospital for treatment.
