PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 10-year-old Missing Juvenile Tristen Steven. He was last seen on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 8:00 A.M., on the 30xx block of N 21St.
He is 5’0”, 90 lbs., dark brown complexion, low cut black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing royal blue t- shirt with “All we do is win” and “Martin Luther 2022” on the sides, blue and green shorts with polo horse on left leg and black new balance 990’s sneakers.
