Watch Dramatic Footage of Man Being Rescued from Hudson River in New York City

NEW YORK, NY – the New York City Fire Department and Police Department rescued a man from the Hudson River this weekend. The incident was captured on video by New York City Police aviation units and released to the media today.

“Aviation captured this dramatic video of ESU divers rescuing a man from the Hudson River. This was the first of two water rescues that personnel from ESU Truck 1 completed in as many days. Both rescued individuals were taken to an area hospital for evaluation,” police said.
