Man shot and killed outside North Philadelphia bar

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A Delaware County man was shot once in the chest outside a bar in North Philadelphia on Wednesday.

According to police, the shooting took place outside a local bar at around 9:30 pm in the 4900 block of North Broad Street.

37-year-old Frank Parlour suffered s single gunshot wound to the chest and was taken to Einstein Medical Center. The Landsdowne resident was pronounced deceased a short time later at the hospital.

Police have not made any arrests. No suspects have been identified.
